1. Listen and plan. We learn how your household lives and who you host, check what's feasible, and agree on goals before designing anything.
2. Design, one clear decision at a time. Big choices first, details later. We narrow each to a clear A or B and refine one design until it's right.
3. Purchase and build. We open trade-only vendors to you, manage every order, match you with the right contractor, and set the schedule.
4. Install and live. We see every piece through installation. You walk into a finished home.

We don't hand over drawings and wish you luck.
Our deep bench of contractors and trades lets us match your project on quality, detail, price, and schedule. The lowest bid can cost more later. The highest isn't automatically right.

What Happens Behind Every Order
Most mid- to high-end furniture makers sell only to designers. We have that access, and we use it for you.
Custom pieces aren't like ordering online. We confirm fabric, size, and yardage, check freight and insurance, and follow up until each piece ships. If something arrives damaged, runs late, or is discontinued, we handle the return and find a replacement that fits the design.
You see the finished room. We handle everything it took to get there.
